CrossFit :Training Insane and Feeling the Pain

Trying cross fit for the first time? It is the best workout I have ever had, but I lost my lunch in the process. I can't wait to try the Paleo diet to lose these last 10 pounds of baby weight. This type of training relies on muscle confusion.  It is a combination of strength, power, agility, balance, and quickness.
