Reason #40- Heavy Lifting

Heavy lifting is a vagal response. Face turns red, neck veins swell, you feel lightheaded, and you get nauseous. Ever wonder why? The vagus nerve is the large parasympathetic nerve that runs to almost every large organ. When you “bare down” it causes a vagal response. This response, reason #40, causes bradycardia, lacrimation (watery eyes), urination, nausea, & vomiting. The No Mo Nausea Band can help stop the nausea before it starts, so wether its your heavy lifting gym day or moving day, don’t forget your No Mo Nausea Band!
